This future release of our  unoaked Pinot Gris was fermented at low temperatures, with no malolactic fermentation. Its silky palate showcases honeyed apricot and white peach, mingled with citrus. Balanced acidity gives a clean, long finish to compliment many foods. It truly reflects its origin, a foggy, cobblestone vineyard block, and shows the perfect partnership between our hand crafted winemaking style and Windsor Oaks’ passion for grape growing.

A beautiful wine, just what Pinot Gris should be.  Dryly crisp, with a mouth-cleansing raciness, it offers complex flavors of citrus fruits, flowers and minerals, wrapped into a creamy texture.

Pale golden color. Shy peanut brittle and dried citrus aromas follow through on a brisk entry to a dry light-to-medium body with sour apple and lemon notes. Finishes with a light praline accented fade.
