We reserve the right to reject any order if we are unable to legally ship to that state or we are unable to verify age of the purchaser.  Rejected orders submitted through PayPal will be refunded on the next business day after receipt.  Rejected orders paid by check will have the original check returned via US Mail within 10 days of receipt.

 

We are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New England, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington.  Please check back if your state is listed here or e-mail us and we can notify you when our shipping status changes to your state.

AGE VERIFICATION - By submitting your order, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and legally able to purchase wine.  All orders require an adult signature.

 

PAYMENT AND SECURITY - We use PayPal to process our online credit card payments.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.  We also accept payment by personal check.  All wine shipments are prepaid.

 

SHIPPING POLICY - Terremoto Cellars ships wine through Fed Ex.  Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days depending upon destination and service selected.  We offer Standard Overnight, Saver and Ground.  Wine is shipped out on the first Monday after the order is placed.  Should Monday be a holiday, it will ship out on the next business day.

 

PRIVACY POLICY - We will not sell, share or rent any information you submit through our website.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY - At this point, Terremoto Cellars does not ship outside of the United States.
